Great first experience. The staff was super friendly and very welcoming. Dr. Namsupak was thorough and offered great advice on how to be more proactive with the care of my teeth. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for treatment related to root canals and/or dental trauma.

Had an old root canal abscess and Mountain State got me in as soon as they could. Not only did they start relieving pain when I got there, they were very personable and genuinely nice. Went back for the follow up visit and they remembered my whole situation and everything we talked about including the "small-talk". I am out of state attending WVU and was hesitant because I did not know them, but they are absolute life savers.

As many people are, I was nervous about having a root canal today. My tooth was cracked and I did not know if it could be saved. Dr. Namsupak took plenty of time explaining the factors that would affect the outcome. Her state of the art equipment and comfortable office helped ease my worries. She was so gentle with the shots and I was numb enough that I had absolutely no worries that I would feel pain. The procedure was quick and totally pain free. As my numbness wears off, I am still pain free and my tooth was saved! i would recommend Dr. Namsupak in a heartbeat!
