Great experience! Everyone in the office was extremely friendly! I had to have a root canal redone because my tooth had an extra root that my usual dentist couldn’t see on a regular X-ray. This office has state of the art equipment and they were able to see the extra nerve on my scans which was what was causing my issues. Dr. Namsupak was very personable and explained everything she was doing before she did it which I really liked. She checked on my comfort every few minutes during my procedure to make sure I was comfortable. The office was extremely clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing to see an endodontist.

All your staff was friendly and helped me to relax as I was a bit nervous. I have never had a root canal. I am a curious person and ask alot of questions. The dr and staff answered all questions without being annoyed. I know alot of questions can be annoying when you are drilling and so forth, All in all it was a good experience for getting your tooth drilled out. lol

I recently had a root canal procedure at Mountain State Endodontics performed by Dr. Lauren Namsupak. The experience was about as pleasant as a root canal can be. The staff is organized and efficient in addition to being pleasant to deal with. Dr. Namsupak is informative and explains well the aspects of the procedure, as well as potential complications. Her “bedside manner” is terrific and quickly put me at ease. Dr. Namsupak’s assistant, Brittany, is great at preparing for the task at hand. The entire office seems genuinely interested in making the experience as pleasant as possible. I recommend Mountain State Endodontics if you need any of the procedures they offer.
