I’m very disappointed with my experience at Mountain State Endodontics. They were listed as in-network with my insurance, but yet they refuse to honor the in-network pricing and discounts. I’ve now been told twice that someone would call me back to help resolve the issue, and then never receive a call back. This lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating, especially when dealing with something as important as healthcare and billing.

I had a root canal done here yesterday. I have NEVER been to a dentist office that has ever made me feel as welcomed and comfortable as this place. Both doctor & all other staff was amazing. They are the nicest, most down to earth people I’ve met. Would highly recommend anyone to go here!

Dr. Namsupak and her staff are wonderful! They got me in quickly and she was able to perform a root canal same day as my eval which got me out of a lot of pain. 10/10!

Mountain State Endodontics rock! I am an out of state student and they got me in so quick and made me feel right at home. All the staff including receptionists and hygienists and Dr Namsupak were professional, friendly and very welcoming. Dr. Namsupak made my root canal a breeze. Not to mention how cute and purple the interior is! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing endodontic care.
