I needed a root canal done on a tooth that had a permanent crown. I was clueless as to how that would work, but everything was explained to me ahead of time in a detailed manner so I would know what to expect. The office staff was super helpful. After my tooth was assessed, it was apparent the root canal was necessary. The dental assistant and the dentist were careful to assess my comfort level throughout the procedure and answered my follow-up questions as well. I was given a "what to expect" sheet when I left, which was extremely helpful to reference in case I forgot the verbal directions. One of the staff called me the next morning to ask how I was doing and if I had questions or concerns. I am super happy with the outcome of the root canal. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Thanks Dr. Namsupak and staff!!!!!

The staff was super nice, and very communicative about everything that they were doin or going to do, I always get nervous with just goin to the dentist in general, but everything went by super fast and I didn’t feel anything, they made sure I was comfortable and everything went well.

Do not recommend !!!!! Doesn't take insurance for one and two they are unwilling to work with people. Accidentally forgot to write an appointment down and they refused to see my son. I guess people that work there are perfect ! And never make mistakes ! Horrible customer service and rude workers
