Meet Dr. Namsupak
Dr. Lauren Namsupak was raised in Manassas, VA but has roots in West Virginia. She returned to the mountain state for her undergraduate education at West Virginia Wesleyan College. There she studied and completed her bachelors degree in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Philosophy. She completed her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at WVU School of Dentistry in 2008. Dr. Namsupak then took a position as faculty in the department of Periodontics at WVU.
During her time as faculty Dr. Namsupak decided that she wanted to hone her Endodontic skills. She entered the program at WVU under the tutelage of Dr. Russ Jackson. During her residency she focused on root microsurgeries and usage of state the art operating microscopes for improved clinical outcomes. After earning her Certificate in Endodontics and Masters of Science degree in Endodontics she joined a private practice group in Pennsylvania.
In 2015 Dr. Namsupak opened Mountain State Endodontics in Morgantown, WV. Being able to have her practice so close to home has allowed her to spend more time with her family and give back to the community including volunteering at the WVU School of Dentistry. When she isn’t working she enjoys scrapbooking, running, and traveling with her husband and 2 children.
Scheduling and Billing Specialist
Born and Raised in the Heart of West Virginia, Emylee is a true mountaineer at heart. After high school in 2009, Emylee studied General Education at Fairmont State University until 2011. From there she attended the Rochester Institute of Technology for Software Engineering in Rochester, NY. After moving back to WV she began working as Patty Cakes, face painter extraordinaire. She has a passion for working with people and organization. She enjoys spending time with her husband and fur babies, Bayleigh and Macy. She also likes outdoor dirt biking and crafting. A lifelong student she loves learning and expanding her horizons.
Brittany O’Dell is from Shinnston, WV. She chose enter the field of dental assisting because of her desire to help others and her love of patient care. When asked why she chose to work with us she says, “Being in the dental field is so exciting because I get to work one on one with each patient.” Previously she has had years of experience educating and caring for children and she brings that expertise to our endodontic practice. She and her husband, Adam, have a dog named Sunny. They are in the process of building their first home and can’t wait to move in. In her free time she enjoys crafting and making wreaths.
