Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at Morgantown Office Phone Number 304-381-3331. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

We also offer several payment programs with BHG Financial and CareCredit.  With these payment plan options you can choose multiple month payment plans with 0% interest!

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

If you have dental insurance we will try to bill your insurance company. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Afterwards they will send the insured an explanation of benefits. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.

We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done prior to the actual procedure. 

Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. Checks that are returned to our office from your financial institution are subject to a $25.00 returned check fee. This fee covers the processing fees that are charged to our office.

If your balance is 60 days past due and you have not made financial arrangements with us then we may send your case to a collections agency.
